sim only contract - uswitch v's direct to virgin
Hi I am renewing my sim only deal - currently with virgin. On Uswitch I can get a deal for £8 per month. Have gone direct to Virgin and asked for this deal, which they say will be £9 per month, and if I go with Uswitch they will make me change phone number - is there anyway to get the uswitch deal without changing number?

New contract or upgrade for newby
I have an old iPhone that is paid for and now on a sim only deal with EE which has gone past its renewal. I want to get the new SE and keep the same number. I don’t understand whether this is a new contract or an upgrade, it seems as though new contracts are better value but where’s the catch?

RUBBISH EE
I recently bought 2 EE esims so I can use the mobile data on my Apple watch. The customer assistant and store manager both assured me that 2 phones and 2 watches could be linked to the sims to provide the cellular coverage on the watch. After being unable to link one of the watches, I was told by EE customer services that…

Is it even humanly possible to be turned down for a SIM-only Pay Monthly contract?
Just curious....I overheard someone saying they've applied to every mobile provider and not one would give them even a SIM-only Pay Monthly contract. But I thought it was basically impossible to be turned down? I used to be on SIM-only and I'm not sure they even did a credit check for it.

iPhone SE 64GB - £504 over 2 years vs £409 outright
Hi, I was planning to buy an iPhone SE 64GB this week. I usually go for sim-free phones and use with my £6/month giffgaff plan. This usually works out significantly cheaper than any contract. The MSE email from yesterday has an offer of 0 upfront, 2 year contract at £21/month for the iPhone SE 64gb version which comes to…

Request to delete my personal data from Plusnet Mobile systems being ignored
I have previously had a Plusnet internet account and much later a Plusnet mobile account - at different addresses. It took so much of my time going through…
