Renew contract with Carphone Warehouse or go directly to O2 - who would give me a better deal?

My contract is pretty much at an end. My handset is in perfect working order so I'm looking to go to some sort of Sim only deal. Who is going to give me a better deal, Carphone Warehouse who called me yesterday or O2 if I go to them directly? I know that when I originally set up the contract that is expiring I did it with Carphone Warehouse and they got me all sorts of extra things like tonnes of data but would O2 do that anyway?

First, your contract doesn't expire, it will continue as is if you don't take action.

Second, o2 no longer use CPW as a retailer so if you want to remain with o2 you will need to go direct.
