sim only contract - uswitch v's direct to virgin

Hi
I am renewing my sim only deal - currently with virgin. On Uswitch I can get a deal for £8 per month. Have gone direct to Virgin and asked for this deal, which they say will be £9 per month, and if I go with Uswitch they will make me change phone number - is there anyway to get the uswitch deal without changing number?

Can you pac from Virgin to Virgin? Most companies don't let you do that so you would have to move to another network, transfer your number to them and then transfer it back to Virgin.Farway said:Get the SIM from Uswitch, then PAC your Virgin number?
