RUBBISH EE
I recently bought 2 EE esims so I can use the mobile data on my Apple watch. The customer assistant and store manager both assured me that 2 phones and 2 watches could be linked to the sims to provide the cellular coverage on the watch. After being unable to link one of the watches, I was told by EE customer services that the policy is only to link 2 , so I was seriously mislead and given totally wrong information. You then can understand my total horror and disgust when I contacted EE to cancel that because I had bought the sims in a shop, I am not entitled to the 14 day cooling off period. Instead, if I wish to terminate, I have to pay £600.
So, if any of you are thinking of going to EE, THINK TWICE OR THREE TIMES as their customer service is shocking.
