China mobile, a big Chinese based provider, offer a range of SIM only deals in the UK, that offer the usual benefits , and you can use them in China. My question is does anyone know which UK mobile company they piggyback off in the UK as I can't seem to find out. Many thanks

They use CM Link which uses the EE network.
