Hi, I have just been told I have to cough up £53 to cancel a sim only contract. Why? Termination of these contracts does not incur a cost for the company if the phone is paid for so why is the customer given a hefty bill? Any mobile providers out there want to explain it to me?

Cannot view files from S6 on my pc over USB cable
I have connected a Galaxy S6 to my pc via a USB cable and the phone is there with the little arrow on the left showing it contains folders. But I cannot open it to view them.
