though the iD Mobile package comes with a little more data each month
Since when is at least 66% more "a little more" especially on a site where a small price increase can be described as a "massive price hike".
500 MB plus possibly 80 to 100 MB unused by the app vs 1 GB0 -
Have tried it.
Going to keep it, only flashes up some times after unlocking. Easily dismissed by hitting X button on advert0 -
No thank youWhat happens if you push this button?0

To see whether it's worth having the ads, it helps to work out whether the £3 off makes it a better deal than other offers. Hence commentary around whether the £3 discount gives you "a little more" or "a little less" data than others at the reduced price, is useful.
So MSE saying that ID gives you "a little more data" for the discounted Tesco price, when actually it's nearly double, makes it seem that ID is better value and still has no ads.0 -

however, if you are already on a contract, £3/month off for the sake of this is well worth doing - 3x tesco contracts on android phones in my house, so £9/month saving, so 3 contracts for the price of 2......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
AND
to compensate you'll be given an extra 200MB of data each month (on top of any allowances your monthly package gives you).
I'm in and got used to it very quick!
Easily un-installed if it bugs you
