EE Upgrade promotions
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I wonder if anyone else has had this recent experience. I want to express my disappointment with EE in respect to the new upgrade promotional deals being offered on the EE website for existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new Samsung S7. My last upgrade was to the S4 and so I recently…

Three PAYG Rates Changing
Three are changing their PAYG rates - it will now be £25 for 30 days of all you can eat data with minutes and texts. This increased from £15 to £20 around August last year. So in less than 1 year the price has gone up by a significant percentage. https://www.threemicrosites.co.uk/allinone/

Help with credit rating for 18 year old
My daughter has just turned 18, so therefore has no credit rating and is seen as a risk. She is looking to get a phone contract in her own name instead of being on a contract in my name to start her credit rating off. She works part time and has always paid me each month when the bill comes in. None of the phone companies…

Vodafone Verbal Contract
I called Vodafone last week to try and get an upgrade on my phone as my previous contract had ran out. I was greeted with a very pushy man who said he could not offer me a good deal unless I signed up with broadband. I told him that I did not need broadband and if he could not help me I would have to leave Vodafone. He was…

I forgot about the PAC at the time, now I've decided to keep my number, so I called up yesterday and was told I have to give another 30 days notice i.e. cancel on 23/04/15 (and pay…

Three Mobile is "sad" today. Why does Three use baby language?
Why does Three Mobile write to its customers using baby language, " ... You can chose to leave us, This would make us sad ... if you fancy a shiny new phone ... " Oh well, Three Mobile must be sad today. Having written to me more than doubling the price they more or less offered me the previous price when I tendered 30…

Can I give 30 days notice, 30 days BEFORE end of contract?
My 2-year phone contract with EE ends in about 40 days and according to the website I have to give 30 days notice if I don't want to start a new contract. Can I give notice in about 10 days, in order to coincide with the end of the contract? Or do I have to wait until it expires and THEN give notice, making it, in effect a…

02 Pay Upfront For Life PUFFL contract
Hi all I would have posted in the numerous old threads about this contract, but somebody has locked them all for some strange reason known only to them! I've just been charged £6.25 for a 147 minute call to a landline after 7pm on a weekday, some of which would have been part of the free 200 minutes allowance. I won't know…
