Mine covers nothing and doesn't cost me anything. Saved me a fortune over years.

    Ditto
If my phone is damaged/broken, I use the money saved by NOT buying insurance to buy a new phone. :D

There are always people who liked to get ripped off though.

I pay my insurance premium into an account of mine. Once it builds up I use it to buy a new phone outright. Then start again.

I self insure too, ever since orange got rid of free orange care - Was that in the 90's?
  • No insurance. I've got a case and a good screen cover. Might have cost about £15 altogether. I've only ever damaged one phone over the years, and had one break within the warranty period.

Self-insure and buy a decent case

My experience 'its a rip off', small print ensures you seldom get a pay out

Nationwide flexplus account £10 a month - covers mobiles, holiday insurance, breakdown cover, extended warranty on electrical goods, etc.
