Handset specs comparison?

Is there a decent site for comparing handsets out there? I need to upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 as it's on it's last legs. I want to compare specifications and decide which replacement handset I want first before searching for the best deal. If you google "mobile phone comparison" you just seem to get comparisons based on deals rather than comparing the phones themselves. There seems to be an assumption that people already know what unit they want next!
I am currently with T-Mobile 100 plan and have been offered various upgrades to EE deals but they're all much more expensive and the units don't appeal to me. I'm after something that isn't much bigger than my current phone (it seems the fashion these days that bigger is better) and has similar monthly charges.
If my phone worked properly then I probably wouldn't bother upgrading but the battery doesn't last for more than a few hours and it doesn't connect to wifi anymore.
