IOS 9 Update Reply to message problem
Basically since I upgraded to IOS 9 every time I receive a message there's a grey line across the reply box meaning I can't see the message I'm trying to type.It has a camera image to the left hand side of it. I have to create a new message to the same sender to reply. Very frustrating. Any suggestions ?

Carphone Warehouse secret VAT charges
Probably own'fault' for not reading the T&Cs but here goes anyway. Bought iPhone 6 back in July from my local CPW, paid £175 upfront to keep the monthly bill down to a more manageable £36 a month. My bill's been in the high £40's ever since. I know the first bills always higher for the I'd also been on holiday since &…

ios 9 - don't update yet!
Hi word of warning! Apple released the ios 9 software update yesterday but, as always, it has caused people a lot of problems: phones freezing, errors preventing use of the phone, contacts & texts 'disappearing', not being able to restore phones after updating - to name but a few. Tonight approx 95% of calls into the tech…

Anyone else having problems with Three? Was working fine for data at lunchtime. Tried to log in to the site to check my balance but the login page fails to load and now I'm home I get no Three signal (although it's not great around here at the best of times). https://www.three.co.uk/My3Account/Login is not working.…

Cheeky PAC request?
Hi guys, Just a quick question. My phone contract recently came up for renewal and I found a better deal online than EE could offer me direct. The new deal was also with EE. I know you can't port numbers from one EE contract to another, and read online that you can port your number to another network & then back to EE on…

Recent Three survey sent to users - PAYG price increase coming?
The rather clumsy survey I received from 3 the other day seemed to be fishing for reaction to a possible 3p/3p/3p tariff for pay as you go. That'd be triple the current 1p/MB data cost. It wasn't possible to give feedback in that survey that at 3p for data, occasional podcasts and Google navigation would become unviable,…

Giff Gaff phone + Three sim only
Like most, I'm absolutely stunned by the miserable Three retention deals... I'm on a £39pm One Plan contract, which has been rolling out of contract for almost a year now. I don't want to leave Three as I travel a lot and really take advantage of their roaming service. I have no intention of losing a AYCE data plan at 39pm…

Don't ignore random upgrade texts, you my be charged
I've just received a text from EE telling me to visit a website to complete the unlocking process of my new Apple device. I don't have a new Apple device, so I rang Orange to query it, fearing fraudulent activity on my account. Apparently there's a glitch and customers are being sent theses texts and being charged £8.99…

Vodafone RED - Possible to downgrade?
Hi All, Read the article on this site regarding downgrading mobile contracts. It appears it's possible to downgrade the contract after 9 months or so, but I wanted to check (hopefully with a Vodafone rep!) to see if this was possible on the RED plans? I am 12 months into a 24 month plan. Thanks

Hi, I currently have a Moto G on contract from Tesco, the contract expires in January so I am starting to look at what my options are for renewal.
