Hello all, After some advice please. After 3 months of wrangling with Tesco Mobile, they have agreed that they can't give reliable service/coverage to me at my home address and will close my account writing off the remaining airtime charges. (It declined since I first took the account out with them) But, I must pay £240,…

Somebody set up a Three contract in my name
Got 2 letters from Three today, addressed to myself. Which is odd, since I only have one phone contract with them and they rarely send letters Opened up both letters and it had the introductory "Welcome to Three" stuff, thought there was an error of some sort. Then I realised it was a new contract, someone set up in MY…

EE - data top up or new SIM?
Hiya, I'm currently paying £8 a month from EE for 100 minutes, 750MB of data and unlimited texts (3G). I don't need a lot more on the minutes but the data use is too low meaning that my bills for the last month or so have been about £30. I'm getting a work mobile in November so expect data use to reduce (although still…

Orange nightmare
I've had a phone from Orange since 1996. In November 2014 my account was hijacked by someone in East London, who fraudulently ordered a new phone using my upgrade. It took me a while to convince Orange it wasn't my doing but eventually I got my account back and they gave me a free month (woohoo). They eventually admitted…

Giffgaff/Tesco/02 or perhaps even EE ( see post number 14)
Giffgaff 3G data speed appears low to me and have been told that GG is quite poor. Are they right? Would I see a big difference if I went to Tesco? Or if i'm going to change then to pay the extra and go straight to O2? Other networks have poor reception here.
