Recent Three survey sent to users - PAYG price increase coming?
The rather clumsy survey I received from 3 the other day seemed to be fishing for reaction to a possible 3p/3p/3p tariff for pay as you go. That'd be triple the current 1p/MB data cost.
It wasn't possible to give feedback in that survey that at 3p for data, occasional podcasts and Google navigation would become unviable, my spending would stay the same but satisfaction would drop.

Hmmm.... I wonder what Three could be saving up for?
Could it possibly be £9bn for its upcoming purchase of O2?0 -
For me at least, the 3p/3p/3p suggestion was one of a number of offers at different rates that I was asked to rate.
I was able to leave feedback several times to proposals I considered negative.0 -
If they do I'll be off, they are only the cheapest for data by a very small margin.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Clearly 3 / 3 /3 would be less attractive than 3 /2 / 1 although for light data use it would still be hard to match.
Casual data use (no bundle) at even 3p / MB isn't common.
@buglawton I guess you are a low data user. Obviously podcasts can be downloaded over WiFi and "3" and others have data bundles that work well if you want more than a few hundred MB a month.
I use T-Mobile's 6 Month web deal in my smartphone.
It costs £20 for 6 months (so £3.33/month). It isn't as good as "3" for network speed but I use more than 1GB a month for that £3.33.
I've sometimes had approaching "fair use" limit warnings but never hit the limit.
Curiously, irrespective of when you buy the bundle, they seem to measure by the calendar month.
You also need a T-Mobile (not EE) SIM.
Good while the offer lasts.0 -
If happens I'll move to delight mobile for data. Three signal is awful around here anyway.0
