For those that have 08 numbers included in their T-Mobile/EE Contracts.
I have just noticed that I am being charged for calls to a 0844 and 0871 number, they are the only two calls to 08 numbers that I have made this month. One for nearly six minutes totaling £1.99 and the other less than a minute for £0.33 ex VAT, they are showing in my unbilled activity, bill is still a few weeks away. Is…

App Killer - Android
I have 'Fast Reboot' on my Nexus4 phone which is ok, but when I run it, it shows what it has closed. A few of the apps I have pressed 'Force Stop' in settings but still they run! Is there a decent app that will stop these things re-appearing?

Smartphone Company - legit?
Hiya, I'm currently on the One Plan with Three for my Samsung Galaxy S3 - but my contract is coming to an end and I've been advised they no longer provide such a data heavy deal. It is all-you-can-eat data and unlimited minutes and texts for £31 a month. I'd like to upgrade to an S5. I've seen on this website a deal with…

3ToGo sim
Anyone still got one of these? Just found my old 3ToGo sim which I took out when 3 first launched in 2003. Still works and still reports to my credit file. Haven't used it or had a bill for years. For anyone that doesn't know, it was basically a pay monthly sim with no monthly line rental. You just got billed for your…

New contract, existing customer
Hi guys, Just looking for a little bit of guidance. Mine and my partner's O2 contracts are up for renewal. All the upgrade deals (from any source) are frankly rubbish. There are some 'new' O2 contracts around that appeal. In order to keep our numbers and take advantage of a new contract I understand we'll have to port our…

o2 or Vodaphone for best wi-fi and tethering
I need to move from Three as they have capped tethering to 4Gb. Looks like a choice between o2 and Vodaphone for uncapped tethering and wi-fi. Which one has the best coverage in rural areas (mainly Cumbria/The Lakes) and highest number of wi-fi hotspot locations? Now retired I'm almost permanently on caravan sites. Didn't…

Booster box (femtocell), yet call quality is still poor
Since getting a booster box from EE, my phone shows full signal strength, yet call quality is still exceptionally poor. Broadband speed is consistently running at over 50Mb. Any thoughts on what the issue might be and how to resolve it would be appreciated.

EE Sim only contract auto renewal query
Hi all, I have been on a 12 month sim only deal at a reduced price as I was still happy with the phone that was on a previous 18 month contract. This deal came to an end at the end of April and without warning May's cost has shot up from £15 to £23. I'm now past the first month of what I am assuming is a new 12 month sim…

Texts changed to MMS. Not using emoticons. VF
I wonder if anyone has had the same problem and can help me please. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. For a few months now some of my texts are being sent as MMS, so they state at the bottom. When will the Galaxy s6 Active be out, and typically be released? (I don't mean the ordinary s6, or edge, but the s6 Active) What month/date would it be released to the public to buy? By the way: I am enquiring about it being on the 24 month Contract with a UK company (o2, ee, vodaphone) Current s5 Active users: and if you…
