Booster box (femtocell), yet call quality is still poor

Since getting a booster box from EE, my phone shows full signal strength, yet call quality is still exceptionally poor. Broadband speed is consistently running at over 50Mb. Any thoughts on what the issue might be and how to resolve it would be appreciated.

Network latency, dropped packets? Probably broadband related.43580

Thanks @Hazzanet. Latency it was. Just by rebooting the cable router (something that I've never had to do for months/years) the problem was fixed. Much appreciated.0
