Texts changed to MMS. Not using emoticons. VF
I wonder if anyone has had the same problem and can help me please. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. For a few months now some of my texts are being sent as MMS, so they state at the bottom. I'm not using emoticons, just plain wording. I rang VF yesterday and asked why this is happening as some people are unable to read them. They said it was because the last software update I did wasn't suitable for my phone. Considering I haven't updated any software for a while as not received any this wouldn't be the case. I haven't changed any settings. Any help would be appreciated please. Many thanks.
