Do Vodafone do a non expiring PAYG sim?
All I can see are sims that expire after 30 days. Is that correct ? I'm after a very occasional PAYG sim where credit rolls over to the next month without the thieves relieving you of your hard earned for doing absolutely nothing. Help appreciated.

PAC asked for and got from CS at Talkmobile fine and dandy. I asked the date of my last DD, and how it would be prorata to reflect half a month. "Don't know, pass you to billing". Billing - Oh. My. Word. 4 different dates given for the last DD. Asked me to ring back after next DD to cancel the contract (which I'd just done…

Carphone warehouse appalling service
Don't buy from the Carphone warehouse. Their service is appalling. They won't replace faulty goods. They expect you to wait at least 10 days without an internet ready phone. They were cheaper than other companies when I brought the phone. Clearly there is a very good reason they are cheap. There is a lot of truth in the…

Vodafone
My son had his contract iPhone stolen. Vodafone shop staff advised me to contact call centre to negotiate better payment plan. After 3 phone calls and 90 minutes a mutually acceptable price was agreed and I was told that the phone would be delivered following day. Took the day off work to sign for the package but the phone…

Safe places to buy phones from
Hi guys, I've been looking for a new mobile, preferably buying it outright and have around £300 to play with I think. Actually deciding on a phone is going terribly. What I wondered though if there is any good guidelines are to when it's safe to purchase a phone and what to look out for. I'm really wary of buying on ebay…

Cancelling / Cooling off if bought in store
I have just bought a new pay monthly phone from EE. After previously being with Orange I wasn't too worried about upgrading to EE but it's caused a lot of problems - there doesn't seem to be a way for me to get signal inside my home. From what I've now found out: The app I had with my old phone that used wi-fi is Orange…
