PAC asked for and got from CS at Talkmobile fine and dandy. I asked the date of my last DD, and how it would be prorata to reflect half a month. "Don't know, pass you to billing".
Billing - Oh. My. Word.
4 different dates given for the last DD. Asked me to ring back after next DD to cancel the contract (which I'd just done with CS). Wouldn't pass me onto another member of staff who could give me a clear answer. Used 2 different dates for the last DD in the same sentence.
Ended up talking over him and putting the phone down as he launched into explanation 6.
So anyone here help? Contract ends 10th July. Next DD due to come out 18th June. Apparently a DD is also coming out 18th July, 25th June and 10th July.;) Any ideas?
Billing - Oh. My. Word.

The contract will end when you use the PAC, whatever that date will be. After using the PAC they will generate a final bill so will depend on the admin sideIt's not just about the money0 -
The problem is asking for the PAC doesn't end your contract so the DD could just carry on.

I'd already told CS I wanted to cancel the contract, hence the contract ending 10th July. I'd repeated that to billing too after the first round of dates he gave me.
I thought using your PAC is neither here nor there - not everyone wants to port their number.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

It depends if you asked them to cancel, after requesting the PAC or before. If before the contract will carry on.It's not just about the money0 -

By asking for the PAC you cancelled your notice to terminate, if you don't use your PAC now your contract will run on.
If you do want it to terminate you have to use the PAC now, why did you request one if you weren't wanting to port your number?====0 -
