Are there cheap (or free) override calls to the US from mobiles?

I need call the US tonight and the landlines down !!! Are there any redirect numbers for international calling from mobiles in the UK?

Yes. Look for a provider that offers 020, 03 or 080 dial-through numbers.

Calling 084 or 087 numbers could be very expensive.

If you have a three sim, you can dial landlines in the USA for 2p per minute using call through codes:

Download the Tesco International app. Calls to USA mobile or landline are only 2p PM.

Thanks for this. How about other destinations? When I try Switzerland, for example, I see 351-XXXX for landlines @ 2p/min and 351-XXXX for mobiles @ 10p/min.

The format is similar to http://text2topup.com/uk/call_throughs_three/ - call Swiss landlines at 351-0500 @ 5p/min or Swiss mobiles at 351-1100 @ 10p/min. Similar format but different pricing.

I'd be happier with your link, just need to convert the XXXX to numbers.

Try the 2p per minute call through first. If this doesn't work, the 5p per minute usually does, but if it doesn't try the 10p per minute.
