As far as I can see, the oxygen8 link doesn't show rate codes, just a series of XXXX codes, no matter what destination. Of course, you have supplied the code for the US.

It would be oh so useful if the oxygen8 link provided real codes instead of XXXX. Using trial and error could be boring.

I'd say 2p/minute for Switzerland is OK but 5p is far too expensive when I can use Skype, WhatsApp or Toggle for less. Toggle is 3p/minute (9p for landlines) to Switzerland.

http://www.callstunt.com/ also have an 0161 access number no prepayment needed. OK for those with inclusive calls to 01/02/03 numbers.
