EE or Three for pay as you go
Hi, I'm looking at moving to either EE or Three for pay as you go. They work out quite similar in cost for me but I'm looking for some feedback on other issues eg how often does the signal drop out or the app/website not work, that kind of thing. I was with Three a few years back and the signal would disappear for a day or…

3 made a mistake - what are my options?
Please help me deal with what has become quite a comedy of errors (Except I'm not laughing yet). On Friday, I took out a SIM only contract with 3, in their store in Stevenage. I got to choose a "gold number", which is really just a posh way of saying a memorable number. It was printed on the back of the plastic card, along…

Son's 1st smartphone - but must be orange network - best deal?
Hi - please can anyone advise? I'm completely confused! We want to get our 10 year old son a phone for Christmas, as he is often out in the village and out of contact. There is a chance he will leave it somewhere, and we have a tight budget so it needs to be cheapish. Due to our location, we only get orange coverage. :(…

Online company charging credit card after deleting payment details
I've been a GiffGaff user for a few years, but having decided to move on to EE, I stopped the Auto top-up on my account (it charges £10 credit on my account if the balance falls below £3) and also removed my payment details. Without my payment details, the site also won't let me turn Auto top-up back on so I thought I was…
