02 signal problems in NW6 - no internet or extremely slow speed on my mobile
In the last three months I had a very slow or no internet on my mobile which otherwise works fine in other areas. Also problems sending messages and retrieving voice mails (especially on weekends). I reported it to 02 (was also told that I was not the only one who has complained) but was told today that the case is closed since they have concluded that there are no problems in the area. The problem is still very much existent and they are treating me like I am imagining everything. Was wondering if anybody else complained from this area and where else I can report the issue since 02 is the worst customer service that one can talk to.
