I am on an Orange tariff with an add on of 500MB which I hardly use and have never run out. However last month apparently I used 697MB chargable useage 7.8 costing £11 now I usually check useage through the month when the Orange site works and last month I know there were a couple of days when I used mobile internet more…

"Rates are subject to change without any prior notice" ?!?!
I have a TravelTalk sim so that people can call me for free when I'm abroad (Austria). Recently a call cut out. I added some credit and sent a text message (at around 60p! sets off the cheap calling...) which you're meant to do every month to keep the sim active. However, after a while, the call cut out again. After some…

Trying to cancel 3 mobile contract
I took out a 12 month SIM only (£12p.m.) contract with three just a few days ago (I’m still within the 14 day cancellation period). I wanted this for my son who is allowed the most basic phone at his school. When the SIM came it would not work on his phone. I tried it on my wife’s HTC and it worked and I guess that it…

Giffgaff customer sevice
I have a giffgaff sim card which at the end of the month when the credit is used is going in the bin.. Customer service is rubbish, contact can only be made through email which takes 3 to 4 days for a reply, My cause for complaint was that they offer a free £5 credit when you join them, so I did and bought a £5 goody bag.…

Orange PAYG 50% price increase!!
I'm sad to say that after being an Orange PAYG customer for 15 years I'll now be leaving. I usually put £10 a month on my phone which gives me free texts, some internet and I was able to buy 100 minutes for £5 and have £5 left for any extras. They've increased the price of the £5 extras to £7.50!! Shocking and ridiculous.

Confusing - Which deal is better?
Ok, so contract is up on one of my handsets (I have two with Orange not he same account). Did the usual telephoning Orange, wasn't offered anything particularly inspiring. Always preferred short term twelve month contracts rather than 18/24. Saw that Phones4U offered an iPhone 4 8GB for £36 for 12 months, this included…

All you can eat data deals
Hi everyone, I currently have an 'all you can eat' data deal on my contract with O2 (because it is a hangover from when these were common two years ago). But now O2 don't offer this kind of contract, and I use an awful lot of data so think I need it. Are 3 the only provider that offer this now? Is there a cheap way of…

iphone 4 broken, over 12 months old but 24 month contract
Its my girlfriends, not mine before you ask, I personally dislike ithings.
