Default on payment but not my fault. Please help.
Hey Folks, first time I've used this forum, I'm Dave, and I desperately need some help/advice. Ok, so, September 2009 I took out a contract for my partner at the time... I had no worries about doing this, as, well, she was my partner, we sat down and discussed things, and she was comfortable with making the payments, and…

Vodafone nightmare
In June I changed one of our mobile contracts to Vodafone, there were a couple of niggling problems with on-line registration and they put me on a different tariff to the one I signed up for. BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Is this typical of Vodafone or have I been unlucky?

Orange - anything better than Canary 10?
We've been with Orange for years (from before the extra '7' was introduced into the dialing code!), and I've been perfectly happy with the service. We're now coming up to the end (October 5th) of a 24 month deal and I'm looking at the options; I like the Nokia 6700 classic I've got, and so am considering a SIM-only deal.…

Replacement for 3GS - opinions
I need a handset I can lock to 3G. Virgin routes calls via 2G and well T-Mobile built its 3G network for a very valid reason given it inherited the Mercury/121 2G network. I've tried a HTC Wildfire but find it restrictive in Android, even hacked the power is not available, I'd like about the screen size of iphone with a…

Can I send a new mobile phone back, just cos I don't like it? *Update post 15*
I had narrowed my choice of phone down to five. The contract is in my husband's name so the negotiating was left to him. Somehow, I seem to have agreed to a phone which wasn't even of my list of five choices. I had a brief look at the picture of it online (I was busy doing something else at the time so didn't really pay…

vodafone out of bundle data costs doubling
I just read http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/4789-vodafone-out-of-plan-data-costs-to-double.html which suggests that Vodafone's charge outside the inclusive data bundle will go from £5 per 500MB to £5 per 250MB I've actually not yet gone above the limit on any of 4 (!) accounts I have on vodafone, but I expect data usage…

Three signal gone!
I've looked back and see many people have not had success cancelling but I'm stuck. We have 2 contracts with Three, mine is over a year old. Last week they switched off our 2g signal, which was all we ever had here so now we have nothing. Nothing at home, nothing when out in the village day to day visiting friends etc, and…

Would you consider this a good deal?
P4U have the HTC Sensation on a 24 month contract with O2 for £21.50 a month. The cost of the phone is £9.99. They will also give £100 cashback for any old handset. The way I look at this is 24 x £21.50 = £516 + £9.99 = £525.99. Less £100 cashback = £425.99. Works out as £17ish per month. Reasonable. Or, the other way I…
