Would you consider this a good deal?

P4U have the HTC Sensation on a 24 month contract with O2 for £21.50 a month. The cost of the phone is £9.99. They will also give £100 cashback for any old handset.

The way I look at this is 24 x £21.50 = £516 + £9.99 = £525.99. Less £100 cashback = £425.99. Works out as £17ish per month. Reasonable.

Or, the other way I see it. Total cost £425.99, less cost of SIM free handset (£400) is £25.99. Over 24 months, that works out as £1.08 per month for the tariff.

You'd be hard pushed to beat that by buying the phone outright and getting a SIM only deal.
