My stepdaughter recieved a premium rate call and was charged £10 for it. Virgin will not block any premium rate numbers.
Just wondered if anyone else had this happen?

You cant normally be charged to recieve a call premium or otherwise. Your only normally charged if you make one.
Heres a useful site with a number checker that will normally give you more info on the number.
