Some advice needed.
Hi there. I have been on T-mobile with the rest of my family for about 6 years now. I get a decent rate and apparently have an A1 account (the guy in the shop called his mate over to look and said he had never seen one before). Last year I had a family and friends discount but now I can no longer have that as my mate has…

O2 PAYG Blackberry
Hi Not sure if the same for other networks, but..... It says you must topup every month by £15 to get your Blackberry internet and so on. With all the allowance I get, like 500 texts, unlimited email and internet. I will never spend any of that £15 per month, as do not speak much on my phone, I do not need it. I am on BB…

Mobile Phone Contract - Retrospective Billing
A few years ago, Sainsburys offered a mobile phone contract which allowed you to use your phone for a month, then send you a bill, which matched (or beat?) the best deal from the network providers for that month, depending on your usage within that month. This suited me perfectly as I didn't have a set pattern of usage…

Are PAC code requests recorded in the system?
Having been on the phone with Orange (overseas call centre!) I'm not sure whether I was being fully understood and so I was wondering if anyone here confidently knew the answer to this.. (Ignore how and why this could happen without me knowing). If a PAC code for my number had been requested in the past month, the network…

Best 30day SIM Only for Data?
I was given a nice new smartphone, so am investigating data plans. I'd prefer not to have a 12m/o contract, as I'm not sure of my plans in 6 months time. Anyway, I knew O2 had unlimited internet, but no longer. Now for the price plan I'm going for (£15--20) it's 500MB. It's not clear how much they charge for exceeding…
