Mobile Phone Contract - Retrospective Billing
A few years ago, Sainsburys offered a mobile phone contract which allowed you to use your phone for a month, then send you a bill, which matched (or beat?) the best deal from the network providers for that month, depending on your usage within that month.
This suited me perfectly as I didn't have a set pattern of usage month on month. Before I was on this contract I was getting billed anything from £30 to £450 per month! When Sainsburys stopped this service, I went onto pay-as-you-go, which, although I only pay for what I use, doesn't allow me to get the best deal every month.
I know Sainsburys stopped this, why, I do not know. I suspected it was because either the administration was faulty or too much, or the network providers pulled the plug. If anyone knows, I would be grateful to know why?
Is there anyone offering such a contract nowadays?
Thanks
