Three and iPhone 4 - Feedback Appreciated

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the iphone on the three network in terms of coverage etc.
Also does the phone have any branding on it (externally or any software) ?
Whats three like as a network?
Hi, I have iPhone 4 on Three. In terms of branding, Apple does not allow any providers to brand iPhone externally or internally. Coverage when it works is good. Although it seems to switch from 3G to 2G quite often when it can't find a 3G signal from the tower. This is quite annoying when you are in the middle of a phone call and it cuts you off. I can understand it switching if I was in some rural area, but it does this in Central London!0 -

Thanks for the input. The gf went ahead and got one anyways, plainly for the fact that orange signal is just as crap here anyways so she's not got much to lose lol0 -
Hi,
I moved from an iPhone 3GS on O2 to the iPhone 4 on Three and am really impressed with their signal, especially that of 3G.
On O2, 3G signal is few and far between but on Three it is in 95%+ of the places I visit, ranging from the West Midlands, to London, even to Glasgow!
I am super impressed with them, and I honestly can't complain at the package I am on - cheapest is best!0 -
My brother Moved from orange with a 5310 to three iphone 4(Great deal!). He noticed no difference in reception what so ever. I had heard that orange provide the 2g service for 3 which I didnt believe but it must be true. I have also heard that everyone uses three's 3g signal.
Im on o2 with the iphone 4 and Its terrible!!! I have no reception at my own house, O2 doesnt care. All networks work perfect apart from o2 and I live in islington in london. So I have no reception in central london! Which I dont particularly find funny but hey thats life. o2's reception is bad overall in my opinion, in places I expect brilliant reception, I dont get any and thats just stupid considering they are suppose to be one of the best!0 -

You can find your nearest store here...
http://www.three.co.uk/Help_Support/Store_locator
... and they even give you a contact number, too, so there's no need for "traipsing".
32gb is available with cashback via topcashback, though. If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
