Could anyone point me in the right direction to transfer my contacts from my Samsung Tocco to my Iphone 4.

I am confused and can't do it.

    Did it come with a micro-sim ?
    They are in an normal size sim adaptor.Just put it in your Tocco and transfer contact over then bust the micro sim out of the adaptor and put it in the iphone 4.
