Which reseller is best for paying up cashback?

I am looking at a new phone - probably a Wildfire rather than the iphone 3GS I really want!! - and have seen a lot of deals where you only end up paying in the region of £8-9 per month due to cashback.

Having been stung by one of these companies before (unfortunatley I can't remember the name) I was looking for any advice on the companies to go with and the ones to avoid. Having googled - beepy and mobiles.co.uk look like 2 to avoid - is this right?

I've twice had cashback deals with carphone warehouse and they have always paid up. I have always claimed within the time limit and have adhered strictly to the conditions and as I've said, they have paid & pretty quickly too.

mobiles.co.uk are ok. If you send the bills in on time they pay up. Had no problems with them.
