Hi has any one got the address for orange cancellations dept. Do I need to ring them or can I just write and cancell. How do I work out the date to cancell it is know a rolling contract, so when do I take the cancellation date from,Is it one month from when I post the letter or do I give them a few days extra. Are accessories classed as part of the phone?
I bought an iphone 2 months ago and the headphones have broken already. I took it back to CPW yesterday for a replacement to be told accessories are not covered by the warranty and, in fact, the iphone headphones are crap! I'm not sure this is right. Surely they should be covered.
