HD2 on O2?

Hi,
I have been looking into possibly getting a Hero or the HD2 (as they seem a better deal than the iphone), however I'm confused as to which network actually offers the HD2.

The O2 website does not mention any HTC phones at all, however mobiles.co.uk has a couple of interesting offers for it on O2.

I'm with Orange at the moment but not too impressed by their customer service so looking to move back to O2 if possible.

Can anyone help?

Hi annavall

I have been looking at the HD2 and O2 are getting them, although not on the website as yet. One store near Bristol should have had them last week but say it should now be Thursday this week.

Vodafone are waiting for further stock to arrive.

T Mobile said their main store in Bristol had them.

Carphone Warehouse have them on their system but only basic details and no delivery date or tarrifs.

Orange says the phone is being tested (not sure about this)

Phones4U have them listed on their website as coming soon but no details.

oh do we... i check today at my store and there is nothing on our sales system or our internal website... so if you know different... please tell me

I went into the Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) store last Thursday and asked about the HD2. After a lot of searching on the computer, I was shown a page with HTC HD2 at the top but little else. I was told that further details would be added nearer to the time that it was to be available but they did not know when.

Sorry it's not much but that is all I know.

In stock now (at CPW/Mobiles/E2/OSPS) on Voda and T-Mob, O2 approval is pending but should be in place any day now.

has its been put on the sales system then? as well i tried a plu nothing came up

Just phoned Orange and I am now told that they have nothing on their system for the HD2. They seem to think it's because they have the Toshiba TG01 as an exclusive but the phones are a world apart.

Looks as though I will be changing networks then.
