I cancelled my vodafone contract last year however earlier this year i found vodafone to be still charging me (never noticed i had 2 accounts).
After over 15 calls to vodafone they agreed they made the mistake and said they would refund me and they did £126, however they owe me 260. I rang them again and they said sorry and would refund me the remaining amount after over 6 weeks of waiting i rang them again and again they said they would pay still nothing.
I have been keeping a close eye on my credit report and have noticed they have me down as a late payment of £16 and missed 2 payments (apparently). I have no clue what to do they ignore emails and any contact i try.
Any advice?

Write to them at their head office and detail fully the time you have spent trying to rectify your problem.
Catalogue and itemise your calls.
Charge them £10 an hour for your time for a mistake that is their fault.
Charge them for the calls/ paper and stamp.
Inform them they have 14 days to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or you will take further legal action to recover your outstanding monies owed.
As for your Credit Record you need to follow the instructions on the relevant credit agencies website. Most have clear instructions on what to do.0 -
