negotiating a payment plan - any tips for dealing with orange collections?
For reasons that were unavoidable I managed to run up a huge bill last month - not too far from £1000. I'm not looking for sympathy and I don't want to dispute the charges but there is no way I can pay this back all in one go. I spoke briefly to someone in collections who was talking about paying £200 - £250 back per…

Very happy with my 6300 except that it rings for such a short time that I never seem to get to it in time. I mostly end up having to ring the caller back which is obviouly costing me and not them. As most of my callers at the moment are estate agents, this breaks my heart........ Seriously though is there any way of making…

I've found myself using my mobile (Virgin Mobile PAYG) a lot for international calls recently. I don't use vast numbers of minutes on these calls but I am still aware that I need to cut the cost. The cheapest way I have so far found to call the destinations I need is to use a provider such as Nonoh (www.nonoh.net) which…

Vodafone - no credit limit on contract phones?
I have recently taken out a contract with Vodafone. I've had mobiles for about 20 years, but never used Vodaphone before. Its a normal 12 month, 'pay monthly' contact.
