skype and email on 3g phone??
I'm working in Indo, UK and Spain. I need a phone that works in all these countries and latin america too. I have a PAYG phone that is fine in UK and a Sim4Travel (which isn't as cheap as I first thought it would be) for use in Europe. And then I pay a fortune whatever I use while in Indo or receiving calls from US. I use skype from a laptop most of the time when overseas to communicate with home etc, and send sms using it too. And the chat function is great is the signal is poor and can't handle talking.
Is there a phone that could be connected to the internet (to skype specifically) and you could talk with a person sitting at a PC using skype also? I checked out the skype phone, but the website didn't convince me it would work well overseas or could cost alot.
Is there a type of mobile or as small as possible blackberry-type thing that could do this? Preferably something that could link to a wireless keyboard. I guess a contract is the answer? Quite out of touch with mobile technology so any advice gratefully received, especially if you could recommend a reliable piece of kit!

have you tried using phones with wifi features then try visiting truphone, it might be of help when you are overseas....0
