SIM for Texting Without Expiry/Monthly Topup?
Hello Everyone, First message, hopefully I won't come across as being too stupid! Is there such a thing as a SIM card which I can buy purely for texting without having to top-up monthly and the text bundle won't expire, or which will last, for example, for a year? I don't use my phone very much, I'm on pay-as-you, but I…

My understanding is that you can only appeal to Otelo (Telecomms obudsman) if you have had a decision from the company. In my case I have written to o2 (the contractor) twice and they have failed to reply or make any attempt to contact me- leaving me with a contract but no phone for over two months. Any advice on what I…
