hassled by sales calls renewing mobile contract
Hi i was just wondering if anyone could give any consumer advice to me regarding annoying sales calls i keep receiving.
I'm with orange and my mobile phone contract is due for renewal next month, and i keep receiving sales calls all offering "fantastic new deals / free phones / free mins etc"
90% of these calls though are coming from this one company though (i know it is them as their number comes up on my caller display) and i have asked them everytime they have called to not ring me again and remove me from their database.
Last night they called AGAIN so i made it really clear that i did not wish to receive anymore calls from them, and if they called one more time i would report them. Thing is, i don't really know who i would report them to??
Anyone got any advice on what my next steps should be??
Thanks in advance - Chris.

Maybe try a different approach if they call again. Tell them you've ended the contract and you've gone on to PAYG as you spend less than £5/month on calls.
If they see you're not a viable customer, hopefully they'll put that on their records and stop calling.Dave. :wave:0
