opting out of 3 contract

I had renewed my 3 contract in nov 2007. I opted for mix and match 700 and
N95 mobile which cost me £36 per month on 18 month contract. I didnt get
any special offers on my renewal.

In January three mobile reduced the tariff for the above combination costing
now only £30 per month. I am paying extra £6 per month.

What are my options for opting out of this contract. is it possible for me to
opt out of the contract?

Yes it is, but you have to pay the remaining "x" amount of months left on your contract. As you went for the N95 which was in very high demand at that time you will always find that top spec phones eventually go down in price the older they are and the more new ones come out. Would you want to pay more if they up'ed the tarrif by £6? I doubt it
