Getting a cheap O2 handset
I'm in need of a cheapish O2 handset and have been looking at PAYG phones from CPW as they are normally unlocked ( is this true ? ). Unfortunately you have to purchase at least £10 of credit when you buy a PAYG, is there anyway I can get some of this back, i.e. can I sell the PAYG sim on ebay or something ?. Thanks.
