I'm due for an upgrade next week and can't decide on whether to get the D900 or K800i. Now I know they both have a 3mp camera, but I've heard the one on the k800i is far superior so that's 1 point to sony. However, the Samsung is much smaller. Do we have any owners out there that wish to comment on what they think to these phones?

If you want it for the camera, go for the Sony ~ I have a D900 and the camera is a bit pants to be honest

Well I've got the W800i which has a 2mp camera on it, but the K800i is the first cybershot camera so it basically as good as a normal dedicate digital camera. My only concern with the K800i is video, I transferred a vid to my girlfrinds D900 and it played perfectly, but when I tried to send it to my W800i it was all jerky, I tried all different settings, but couldn't fix it so for that reason I'm leaning towards the D900, although I do want a good camera too. Decisions decisions!0

Check out the size of the K800i vs the D900 first if you haven't already. The K800i is quite a big phone.

That is true, but that will be down to that fact that the Sony has a FAR superior digital camera compared to the Samsung.0
