Virgin Mobile airtime credits

I bought my daughter a new Virgin Mobile for Christmas which came with £50 airtime, £5 on the SIM, £10 on a voucher with the phone and the remaining £35 through 7 £5 a month top up credits direct from Virgin. When the credit didn’t come I gave Virgin a call who told me that there had been a problem with their system and they were unable to identify the phones that required the top ups.

If you got one of these offers you will have to give Virgin a call and register your phone otherwise you won’t get the ait time credits.

  • I got a text from Virgin yesterday reminding me that my £5 credit had been added. I didnt have to call them to get it. I have been a customer for many years though.

    Well, I'm still waiting! I registered the phone online and should have received the first of three £10 credits on 31 January. Nothing yet!
