sim card not recieving messages

Hello, my phone has not been able to recieve messages ever since i got it so the 300 free texts were a waste of time any one now how to fix this


I have tried the sim in a different phone and dried wipeing the sim with a dried cloth

Why don't you ring the sim's mobile company e.g 02, vodaphone etc.

They would most proberly know whats wrong. Could be that the phones not set up correctly

The 300 free texts? You sure you are not on one of these top up by £10 each month to get the free texts. Not topping it up would not stop you from getting texts but would stop you texting out.

can you send texts? why are the 300 texts wasted because you can't recieve texts?

anyway my mum couldn't recieve text messages on vodafone, she rang up, it was because her sim wasn't connected to the network properly. As soon as vodafone did whatever they had to do all the texts came pouring through
