So far in the last 24 hours:

On a Pay As you go phone
- 300 free text messages given as a result of a mistake by them in registering SIM
- 60 mins of free calls been applied to the account as a thank-you

On £19 Dolphin 12 contract
- extra 200 texts per month for the next 12 months (I only had 75 texts on my tariff). I simply said I used to get 500 a month with O2. Had to be cleared by a supervisor.

Just phone customer services and act nicely. "I am concerned that my bill is getting expensive and am looking at ways of reducing it. I am just getting up and running with orange or I have been with you for a while and am reviewing my options."

I have to say with Magic Numbers, your groups and these freebies for being Nice, Orange is turning out to be as good as I remember it 5 years back.
