I'm on Orange and O2 PAYG. At the moment Orange sends me a free text if anyone calls me whilst my phone is switched off. I was wandering if anyone can tell me if O2 do the same and how to subscribe Thanks

I've had an unsolicited text (a "FreeMsg") from boltblue inviting me to join for £3 per week to receive tones. It says I can opt out by replying STOP to 85233. Has any one managed to get a PAC code from 3? Ive called them about ten times and im getting different excuses every time. My contract is due to end on 8th December.
