W800i Help Plesase

I've had my SE W800i phone for a month now and it's great.....however there is one niggly problem!

I have the ringtone set to max and the profile is set to outdoors all of which is fine, but when I make/receive a call the other persons voice is realy quiet. I have been through all the menus and can't see anything to increase the speaker volume (not tme MP3 speaker volume as there's a button on the side to do that!).

Any ideas? Cheers

BTW - the phone is on Virgin Mobile and is FULLY unlocked so there shouldn't be any functions that don't work (unlike on my old V3 where Orange for reasons best known to themselves disabled the video capture mode!).

normally the call speaker volume can only be set whilst on a call, try calling the mobile and answering then using the volume controls on the side of the phone(well thats the Nokia way to do things but sure my SE T610 did something similar)

Just tried that and lo and behold the speaker volume wasn't set to max! That said I have had it set to max before so maybe it resets it to some sort of factory default when I turn the phone off? I'll keep an eye on that.
