Unlock settings for Nokia 6111

Hi All

Can anybody tell me the unlock settings in nokfree 3.2 for a Nokia 6111. I am guessing but I think it is Asic 2 And Original box code 32779

Also is there anyway of finding out the original network operator if you do not know it, IE via the imei number or some other way
