O2 300 free texts - PROBLEMS
Hi I've just put £10 credit on to my O2 sim card & my 300 free texts have disappeared. I top it up every 5th of the month with no probs, now no free texts. I've also discovered my friends are having the same problem...... Anyone else having probs with this?

just ordered a phone from onestopphoneshop last week. it was delivered the next day. reading through the document i noticed i was put on the wrong tarrif. as you can expect it is time consuming waiting in the queue with the customer service. can i ring orange direct?
