Just wondering if they do free returns?? i got a phone for my daughter 2 days ago on o2 online store but she has decided she dont like the look of it anymore :rolleyes: so it now needs to go back.

should be a freepost returns label enclosed on the invoice, o2 recommend a proof of posting - also free from post officeIf I helped or saved you money - Thank me

Dont seem to have a return label but at least i know it should be free.0

I rang a number which I think is on the invoice and they gave you a ref and return address to put on your parcel, yes it's freepost. Sorry I don't have the number but it should be with the paper work they send with the phone.No reliance should be placed on the above.0
