Calls to 0845 free on 02?

I am on 02 LTA and wondered if you can call an 0845 number for free? i can use my phone to dial up to the internet on my laptop and need to know if it is costing me anything or coming out of my minutes any ideas?

If you have a contract phone it would normally come out of your inclusive minutes,until you used them up.
If your on PAYG it might be charged depending on what plan you are on.0
